Our bodies begin to act as a hiding space for old emotional pain, trauma and unresolved conflict. Even if you have been processed, been hympotized and you mediate daily! Trust me I tried EVERYTHING. Then I steped back and saw the underlying causes and it blew my mind.
This workshop was designed to help you heal the realtionship you have with your body, most of us dont even know what we should feed ourselves, let alone understand pain or our own thoughts. I healed a 35 year long eating disorder, an auto immune disease, chronic fatique and head aches. The body is the biography of the mind and when we look at the whole system we can and will heal. Our bodies were designed to heal from ANYTHING regardless of what anyone says. I will show you how simple this really is. It’s always the palce we forget to look right??
